Brand New Lunch Menu is Waiting for You
Buccacino’s is pleased to announce the best new menu in Winnipeg for the hungry lunch crowd! We’re constantly striving for new ways to please you, so we’ve revamped our lunch menu. We’ve kept a few favourites, and also added some exciting new dishes. Take a look around our website and plan your next lunchtime Italian food adventure. Feel free to leave comments and suggestions – we love feedback!
Our lunch menu offers delicious soups, salads, and pastas. And we promise you won’t go away hungry. Perhaps you’d like to try our Soup & Salad Combo – you can choose from Zuppa di Pomodoro (a delicious cream of tomato soup with garlic and roasted basil) or Zuppa del Giorno (soup off the day), and pair it with any of our mouth-watering salads. One of our personal favourites is the Vernoa Salad, featuring spinach, strawberries, dried cranberries, pea shoots, strawberries, pecans and goat cheese, drizzled with blueberry vinaigrette.
If you think the perfect lunch is still a sandwich, we’ve re-invented sandwiches. Our Capalovora sandwich is a tender ribeye, perfectly grilled in “dolce” seasoning and topped with gorgonzola cheese and tobacco onions. We present it on a toasted ciabatta, with just the right amount of HP sauce to give it that extra zip. Or you could try our Parmigiano, featuring grilled chicken breast on fresh basil leaves with mozzarella, parmesan, and sliced tomatoes seasoned with roasted red pepper aioli and drizzled with marinara sauce. All of our sandwiches come with your choice of French fries, salad, soup or spaghetti pomodoro.
Pasta lovers might like to try our Veneto, spaghetti tossed with shrimp, tomatoes, chilies, lemon and olive oil and topped with toasted bread crumbs. For pizza aficionados, we recommend our Pizza Prosciutto Cotta, topped with prosciutto, honey dill marinated beets, mozzarella and goat cheese.
