The Story
Established in 2001, Buccacino's offered a menu of Italian classics. As the general manager of the restaurant that he would one day own, John Coward decided then and there that he wanted to offer more than just a typical Italian menu.
"Being in trendy Osborne Village, we wanted to evolve into a restaurant that could be appreciated by people of all ages and all walks of life. We began to step away from a menu of tradition and modelled our future menus around offering classics with our contemporary twist and, sometimes, a hint of fusion. "Something for everyone", we thought."
Who We Are
We see ourselves as a place of confluence. A cozy hidden treasure in the heart of Osborne Village for you to gather and celebrate your victories big or small. To laugh with friends and family. To reminisce about the past, or plan for your future. We see ourselves as a place of comfort, warmth, and authenticity. Whether it be a glass of wine on our cozy couch by the fireplace on a cold winter’s eve, or an ice cold beer on the best patio in Osborne Village; a romantic candle lit dinner for two, or a big birthday celebration with everyone you know. We see ourselves as a place of celebration, happiness, and laughter.
Pride in what we do
To us, service and value go hand in hand. We always strive to offer great food and service at affordable prices. We use quality, fresh ingredients, which comes through in every bite. Our service is genuine. Every one of us wants to make sure your experience is great and that you go home satisfied. We value our guests and their opinions and we pride ourselves on listening to the needs of our guests and being able to offer them what they want. Whether it be to make a dish that hasn’t been on our menu in years, to create a dish based on their dietary needs, or a beverage suggestion for our menu. We listen and we react!
We look forward to giving you our Buccacino's dining experience!
