In traditional agricultural Italy, eating seasonal fruits and vegetables was an importantpart of family life and our chefs at the finest Italian restaurant in Winnipeg have recreated the experience for you with the tastiest salad recipes in Osborne Village:
- Summer Fig Salad – This is a favourite and a house speciality. Mixed vegetables, figs, goat’s cheese, cherry tomatoes and snow peas are served with prosciutto chips and a honey balsamic dressing.
