Planning a party or other event can be stressful – you have to think about the guest list, the venue, the budget, the décor, and so much more. Coming into summer, you may have any number of things on the go – perhaps a pool party or a wedding reception? Buccacino’s can provide full table service from our new menu in Winnipeg, set up a sumptuous buffet, or simply provide the hors d’oeuvre – it’s up to you. Of course our specialty is Italian food, but we’re also able and willing to think outside the box – you’ll notice, for example, that our appetizers include Genoa salami and cheese along with prosciutto canapes, but notice that we’ve also added peanut lime chicken on a stick and tortilla rolls. For entrees, you can select Italian offerings like Positano (grilled chicken served with a reduction of balsamic, roasted garlic and sun dried tomato served with fettuccini alfredo), or Piedmont (lightly breaded veal, topped with pesto and red wine marinara with bacon, served with fettuccini alfredo and seasonal vegetables). Alternatively, you might select Baron of Beef au jus with condiments and buns, baked whole or side of salmon with lemon lime cream curry, or pork tenderloin.
