Appetizers:
Gambieri Del Firehouse - Grilled shrimp spiked with our sweet and spicy chilli seasoning and served with our chipotle pepper cream sauce.
Gnocchi Formaggio Capra - tender potato gnocchi simmered in a goat cheese cream sauce with sliced zuchinni.
Main Courses:
Pollo Antonio - Grilled chicken breast in a Cambazola cream sauce with white onion, spinach and mushrooms. Served with pesto linguini.
Ravioli Di Piccante - Mushroom stuffed ravioli tossed in our sweet and spicy sambuca cream sauce with fresh roma tomatoes, green onions, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms.
Salmon San Fransesco - Centre cut, braised salmon fillet served on a bed of garlic pesto linguini, topped with roma tomatoes and green onions in a lemon lime curry cream sauce and finished with seasoned bread crumbs.
Desserts:
White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake - White chocolate and raspberry swirl together to create this simple but sumptuous cheesecake.
Chocoholic's Fix - Never ending layer upon layer of truffle milk and dark chocolate ganache surrounded by a white chocolate drizzle.
