Champagne, champagne, champagne…

Do you ever feel intimidated by a pricey bottle of French champagne? Champagne is made from pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes, but to be a true champagne these grapes must be from the champagne region of France and made in France. There are lots of moderately prices options available that are pretty much the same thing, just not made from French grapes. Check out the  Canadian sparkling wine section next time you want to pick up a bottle of bubbly.
